Project Summary
This project was carried out and part funded under SEAI’s Better Energy Communities (BEC) Scheme 2014.
The project included upgrades to the energy efficiencies and building fabric of Ashbourne Golf Club and St Mary’s GAA Club, Saggart, Dublin.
SE Systems were appointed as Main Contractor and PSCS to co-ordinate, survey and install the following energy upgrade measures.
High Efficiency Boilers & Heating Controls | Installation of Low Energy Lighting | External Wall Insulation | Cavity Wall Insulation | Attic Insulation
As Main Contractor for this Project, SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors to include all trades.

Scheduling of Work Programmes and administration of weekly site meetings.

Co-ordination of Services.

Liaise with Tenants on a daily basis.

Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.

Maintenance of SEAI - Technical and Quality Standards.

Issue of External Wall Insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who receive External Wall Insulation.
The project was successfully delivered in partnership with SEAI, SSE Airtricity, REIL, NCE Insulation and SE Systems.
