B&Q Energy Centre
Project Summary
This project was carried out and part funded under SEAI’s Better Energy Communities (BEC) Scheme 2014. SE Systems were the Leinster Region External Wall Insulation Partner for B&Q Energy Centre. 40 homes successfully completed to date.
As Main Contractor for this Project, SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors to include all trades.

Scheduling of Work Programmes and administration of weekly site meetings.

Liaise with Tenants and Island Energy Committee on work schedules.

Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.
-
Maintenance of SEAI – Technical and Quality Standards.
-
Issue of External Wall insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who received External Wall Insulation.
