Better Energy Area Based Scheme, Kilnaleck
Project Description
This project was carried out and part funded under SEAI’s Better Energy Area Based Scheme 2014. SE Systems were appointed as main contractor and PSCS for this project.
The project involved installing External Wall Insulation to 9 rural Fuel Poor Homes in Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan.
The Energy Upgrade work for this project involved installing External Wall Insulation inc Ventilation.
As Main Contractor for this Project, SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Supervisor Construction Stage by Offaly County Council.

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors.

Scheduling of Work Programme.

Co-ordination of materials delivery to each home.

Liaise with Tenants on work schedules.

Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.

Maintenance of SEAI - Technical and Quality Standards.
-
Issue of External Wall Insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who receive External Wall Insulation.
