SE Systems completed Turnkey Fitout for the Department of Education & Gaelscoil Pheig Sayers to facilitate their expansion and move to a larger more suitable building.
The scope of work for this project is as follows:
Demolition & Structural Alterations | Fire Doors & Screens | Fire Rated Metal Stud Partitions | Acoustic Metal Stud Partitions | Fire Rated Plasterboard Ceilings | Suspended Grid & Tile Ceilings | Carpentry & Joinery Installation | Plumbing & Heating Installation | Mechanical & Air Conditioning Works | Electrical & Fire Alarm Installation | Wood, Anti-slip Vinyl & Carpet Flooring | Access Security Control | Disability Access Solutions
As Main Contractor for this Project, SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors to include all trades.

Scheduling of Work Programmes and administration of weekly site meetings.

Liaise with Tenants and Island Energy Committee on work schedules.

Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.

Maintenance of SEAI – Technical and Quality Standards.

Issue of External Wall insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who received External Wall Insulation.
The success of this project lies mainly in the innovative partnership approach taken with all project partners; SE Systems, and SEAI.
