Project Summary
SE Systems were contracted to deliver Electric Ireland’s Boiler Servicing & Breakdown Repairs for Cork City & County Region.
The scope of the work for this project is as follows:
Boiler Servicing | Emergency Call Out Service | Repair & Upgrade Service
As Main Contractor for this Project, SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors to include all trades.

Scheduling of Work Programmes and administration of weekly site meetings.

Liaise with Tenants and Island Energy Committee on work schedules.
-
Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.
-
Maintenance of SEAI – Technical and Quality Standards.
-
Issue of External Wall insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who received External Wall Insulation.
