Project Description
This project was carried out and part funded under SEAI’s Better Energy Warmer Homes Area Based Scheme 2014.
SE Systems were contracted by the Galway based Community Based Organisation, First Class Insulation to assist them in delivering the energy upgrads work to this project.
SE Systems were appointed as main contractor and PSCS. The project involved a deep retrofit of energy upgrade measures to 39 Fuel Poor Homes on Lettermore Island, Co. Galway.
SE Systems were appointed as Main Contractor and PSCS to co-ordinate, survey and install the following energy upgrade measures

As Main Contractor and PSCS for this project SE Systems carried out the following roles:

Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

Project Management.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

Appointment and Management of Sub-Contractors to include all trades.

Scheduling of Work Programmes and administration of weekly site meetings.

Co-ordination of Services with ESB Networks.

Liaise with Tenants on work schedules.

Quality Control of all Energy Upgrade Measures.

Maintenance of SEAI and ESB Networks Technical and Quality Standards.

Issue of External Wall Insulation Warranties and Homeowner Aftercare manuals to Homeowners who received External Wall Insulation.
